Requirements
? Minimum of 2 years prior OUTBOUND appointment setting experience required.
?xperience setting appointments for insurance or related financial products considered a plus
?xperience using an autodialer
?xcellent communication and interpersonal skills
?trong attention to detail and organization skills
? year experience working remotely
?xperience using CRM systems and sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo)
?amiliarity with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
?eliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace
?reat telephone etiquette and articulation
?bility to generally follow an approved script and overcome objections
