Virtual Assistant - Customer Service

We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to businesses of all sizes. We are currently looking for a Virtual Assistant with expertise in customer service to join our client's team.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including
?andle and respond to 75+ inbound inquiries daily across phone, email, and live chat.
?aintain a professional phone presence, providing excellent customer service.
?fficiently manage and prioritize multiple tasks throughout the day.
?ollaborate with internal teams to coordinate activities and resources as needed.
?ttend and actively participate in team meetings and training seminars.
?upport cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.
?ontinuously challenge yourself to improve and contribute to team success.
?aintain strong work ethic and consistently demonstrate willingness to learn.
?roven experience in customer service or as a virtual assistant, handling inbound inquiries.
?revious experience with real estate is a plus.
?trong phone skills and ability to handle about 75 inbound inquiries daily via phone, email, and live chat.
?xcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate in English over the phone and email
?roficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer skills.
?bility to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
?elf-motivated with proven ability to learn quickly and contribute effectively.
?trong problem-solving skills, able to analyze opportunities and inefficiencies, and propose solutions to management.
?bility to collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, production, operations, finance, and senior management).
?upplementation and fitness industry knowledge/experience is a plus.
?ork from home;
?ayment in dollars per working hour (40-hour week);
?tarting salary between 4$ - 6$ per hour depending on your experience, with room for raises based on performance;
