Position Overview: As a remote Special Education Teacher in Michigan, you will be responsible for providing virtual instruction to students with disabilities in accordance with their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).

Key Responsibilities: ?evelop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs. ?se online learning tools and platforms to engage students in interactive lessons (Provided). ?dapt curriculum and instructional methods to meet the unique needs of each student. ?onitor and assess student progress through virtual assessments and data collection. ?ollaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educational staff to ensure comprehensive support for each student. ?aintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and IEP goals.

Qualifications: ?achelor's or Master's degree in Special Education (or related field). ?alid Michigan Special Education Teaching Certificate (or eligibility for certification). ?xperience teaching students with disabilities, including learning disabilities, autism, and other developmental or emotional challenges. ?ech-savvy with experience using virtual learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams).
