Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Part-Time Interviewer to join our team and conduct interviews for PLU Developer positions. As an interviewer, you will be responsible for evaluating candidates ranging from freshers to those with up to 5 years of experience. The role is flexible, allowing you to take interviews as per your availability.

Key Responsibilities: ?onduct technical and behavioral interviews for candidates applying for LUA Developer positions. ?ssess candidates' skills in LUA development, coding, problem-solving, and software development practices. ?valuate candidates' knowledge of relevant programming languages, tools, and technologies. ?rovide clear and concise feedback on candidates' performance post-interview. ?aintain professionalism and consistency in interviews. ?oordinate with the recruitment team to schedule interviews and provide updates on candidate progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications: ?olid understanding of LUA development and related technologies. ?xperience in conducting technical interviews for freshers as well as experienced candidates. ?trong communication and interpersonal skills. ?bility to assess both technical and soft skills effectively. ?rior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or technical interviews is a plus. ? basic understanding of interview platforms and tools (e.g., video conferencing, coding assessments).
