In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online booking system, ensuring that our clients experience seamless service from start to finish. You will assist customers with their reservations, answer queries, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the booking process.

Responsibilities
?anage and oversee the online booking system for accuracy and efficiency.
?ssist customers with booking inquiries and provide timely responses to questions.
?roubleshoot booking-related issues and resolve them promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
?pdate and maintain website content related to bookings and service offerings.
?oordinate with various departments to ensure smooth booking processes.
?ompile and analyze data related to booking trends and customer behaviors.
?upport promotional campaigns aimed at enhancing the booking experience for clients.

Requirements
?igh school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
?roven experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in a booking capacity.
?trong verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
?amiliarity with online booking systems and technology.
?bility to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
?roficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic web management tools.
