*VIRTUAL* Social Worker Opportunity | Ann Arbor, MI

VocoVision is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Virtual School Social Worker to provide support to students in need of social-emotional assistance through our teletherapy platform. This remote position allows you to make a meaningful impact to students in Michigan while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

Key Responsibilities...
? Provide virtual counseling and support to students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs
? Collaborate with school staff, parents, and community resources to address student concerns
? Develop and implement individualized intervention plans based on student assessments
? Assist with crisis intervention and provide referrals to appropriate services as needed
? Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to developing comprehensive support plans for students
? Maintain detailed records of sessions, progress, and reports

Job Details:
? Contract: 1099 independent contractor (self-employed)
? Hours: Flexible schedule, aligned with school hours and student needs
? Location: Fully remote, work from home
? Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience and qualifications

Qualifications: ? Master?s degree in Social Work (MSW) ? Active state licensure as a School Social Worker ? Experience working in school settings, with knowledge of IEPs and 504 plans ? Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual counseling techniques (preferred but not required) ? Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills ? Reliable internet connection and video conferencing setup
