What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Organize communication through emails and phone calls
? Provide customer service as the first point of contact
? Schedule meetings, travel, and accommodations
? Manage contact lists and organize managers' calendars
? Conduct market research and prepare presentations

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant position
? Significant experience with current technologies, including desktop sharing and cloud services
? Proficiency in word processing software and spreadsheets, particularly MS Office
? Strong communication skills via phone, email, and instant messaging
? High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrator or Executive Assistant is a bonus

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience with online calendars and scheduling, particularly Google Calendar
? Strong organizational and time management skills
