Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced ESL Teacher to join our team in a fully virtual setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching English as a Second Language and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and engaging online classroom environment.

Responsibilities: ? Develop and deliver engaging ESL lessons for K-12 students. ? Assess student progress and adapt instruction to meet individual needs. ? Create a supportive and positive learning environment that encourages student participation. ? Collaborate with other educators and support staff to enhance student learning experiences. ? Communicate regularly with students and parents regarding progress and strategies for improvement. ? Stay current with ESL best practices and educational technologies.

Qualifications: ? Valid teaching certification in West Virginia with an ESL endorsement. ? Experience teaching ESL to K-12 students, preferably in a virtual setting. ? Strong understanding of language acquisition and differentiation strategies. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for teaching.

Preferred Skills:
? Experience with online teaching platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom).
? Familiarity with curriculum development and assessment tools for ESL.
? Ability to engage and motivate students in a virtual environment.
