About the position

The Truck Control Agent at Federal Express Corporation plays a crucial role in managing the flow of vehicle information and coordinating the movement of trucks within the operational framework. The Truck Control Agent must maintain a constant state of alertness and work in a safe manner, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines. This position is classified as a non-covered safety-sensitive role, which means that while it is important to maintain safety standards, it does not fall under the same regulations as other safety-sensitive positions.

Requirements
? One (1) year of FedEx experience.

? Ability to type and operate office equipment such as CRT, copier, radio, data communication, and personal computer.

? Good human relations and communication skills.

? Ability to communicate verbally in a time-sensitive manner in a noisy operations environment.

? Ability to lift 50 lbs and maneuver packages weighing more than 50 lbs with appropriate equipment and/or assistance.
