Job Summary:

User Support Associate

The User & Product Operations team helps ensure we're delivering on this mission through all of our communication efforts.

Responsibilities: ? Respond efficiently and accurately to users who reach out to for support. ? Follow up for more information to resolve the users' issue, triaging and escalating when necessary, and explaining possible solutions to ensure our users feel supported and valued. ? Learn and utilize support tools and software appropriately. ? Sort through user feedback from multiple channels.

Job Requirements: ? Experience providing exceptional customer service via email/written channels ? Strong written communication skills (written fluency in multiple languages is a plus) ? Proficiency with computers, CRM software, and strong typing skills ? First class time management and decision-making skills

Compensation: The pay offered to a successful candidate will be determined by various factors, including education, work experience, location, job responsibilities, certifications, and more. Additionally, IntelliPro provides a comprehensive benefits package, all subject to eligibility.
