Role Overview:

As a Senior Corporate Lawyer at M365Connect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our legal strategy, ensuring compliance across all areas of operation, and safeguarding our company against legal risks. This is a remote, full-time position that requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and legally astute professional who thrives in a dynamic, cross-border work environment.

Key Responsibilities: ?raft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents and contracts with clients, freelancers, and partners. ?rovide strategic legal guidance on corporate governance, employment law, and international business transactions. ?anage legal aspects of corporate finance, including compliance with financial regulations. ?versee intellectual property rights, ensuring protection and compliance. ?andle dispute resolution and litigation management efficiently. ?dvise on data protection laws, privacy, and cybersecurity matters relevant to remote operations. ?iaise with external counsel and regulatory authorities as needed. ?tay abreast of legislative changes that may impact the company's operations across different jurisdictions.

Skills & Qualifications: ?uris Doctor or equivalent legal qualification, with a license to practice law. ?inimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably with exposure to the IT recruitment industry. ?trong understanding of international business law, employment law, and contract law. ?roficiency in managing legal issues in a remote work environment, including understanding regulations in Latvia, Pakistan, and African countries. ?xcellent negotiation, communication, and drafting skills. ?roactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ?luent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
