What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Contribute methodological expertise across a broad range of quantitative and qualitative research approaches
? Execute or manage complex research and evaluation tasks for federal clients, including data analysis and reporting
? Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and resolve challenges
? Support business development activities, including proposal writing and development
? Develop and disseminate project deliverables and findings through various mediums

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Bachelor's degree + 5 years of relevant experience, Master's degree + 3 years of relevant experience, or PhD
? Demonstrated technical expertise in quantitative and/or qualitative research methods
? Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting
? Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships in a team environment
? Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in research approaches

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience with business development and proposal or grant writing
? Knowledge of relevant statistical and qualitative software packages (e.g., SAS, Stata, R, NVivo, Tableau, ArcGIS)
? Aptitude for mentoring less-experienced staff and managing multidisciplinary teams
