What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Leverage cloud-native Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tooling to manage and respond to data loss events
? Collaborate with security teams to design DLP implementations in line with the cybersecurity posture
? Lead investigations into DLP incidents, analyzing data logs and network traffic
? Regularly review and update DLP policies to keep pace with evolving threats and regulatory requirements
? Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for personnel on data security best practices

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum of 6 years of IT Security experience, with at least 2 years supporting Federal or Defense RMF implementation
? At least 4 years of hands-on compliance experience
? Demonstrated mastery of DLP concepts, processes, and procedures
? Secret clearance required
? IAM Level II certification (e.g., CAP, CASP+ CE, CISM, CISSP, GSLC, CCISO, HCISPPCISSP, Security+)

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Familiarity with Google Workspace / Cloud
? Additional technical certifications such as CCNA, VCP, or MCSE
