We are seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. Can you deliver exceptional customer service? How will you affect the business? ?ontribute in the renewal process to ensure the best possible solutions are delivered to clients in high quality and timely manner. ?upport business activity, such as handling new business applications, compiling information for the business to submit high-quality and accurate Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, and processing certificates of insurance. ?ollaborate with team members to improve overall workflow processes and achieve goals by adhering to efficiency/productivity and process standards. ?urture relationships with your buyer in the client organization as well as with the day-to-day client representatives. ?onduct periodic audits to ensure your compliance with standards and service levels. ?aintain accurate client and policy data and documents within your Paychex systems. ?se Paychex's technology to improve your productivity and quality. ?ffectively balance multiple competing priorities.
