What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
?erform computer data entry of prescription orders and medical records
?ontact physician? offices and clients for verification and authorization as needed
?rocess new and refill prescriptions while maintaining productivity and quality standards
?ocument correspondence and follow up within the system
?rovide high standards of customer service in response to incoming calls

What Is Required (Qualifications)
?igh School diploma or general education degree (GED)
?harmacy Technician license and Certification (CPhT) as per state requirements
?xperience in long-term care pharmacy preferred
?nowledge of Frameworks and Docutrack preferred
?bility to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
?inimum one year of pharmacy data entry experience
?trong knowledge of Brand/Generic drugs and medical terminology
