Key Responsibilities
? Provide outstanding in-house and remote technical assistance to our workforce and partners, handling escalated issues from Level 1 IT Specialists.
? Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
? Research, configure, and maintain a variety of software tools utilized throughout the organization.
? Maintain and improve documented processes to ensure they remain in line with current technology standards.
? Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry developments to inform future IT strategies.
? Collaborate with IT leadership to design and sustain robust system architecture, including cloud computing resource deployment and Infrastructure as Code development.
? Support organizational leadership in establishing workflow automations and advanced configurations within various software systems.
? Contribute to upholding high technical security standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and SOC-2 requirements.

Required Skills
? Proficient in key technology environments, including Windows, macOS, Linux, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Adobe products, Slack, and Zoom.
? Strong knowledge of networking and system administration, particularly with Local Area Network (LAN) configuration and physical network setup.
? Basic understanding of software coding, scripting, and cloud architecture.
? Solid foundational knowledge of IT principles.

Qualifications
? High school diploma or equivalent required.
? Associate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
? 2-5 years of full-time experience in a related IT field.
