Job description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented video technician with experience in camera configuration, quality control, and troubleshooting video systems remotely.

The ideal candidate should have solid skills in SSH, Linux terminal, Git, and network configuration, along with knowledge of computer hardware and video codecs. Critical thinking, a methodical approach to solving technical problems, and excellent note-taking and communication skills are essential. Experience with Linux administration and FFMPEG is a plus.

Responsibilities: ?amera configuration updates ?amera crop, quality adjustments ?uality controls on the video footage (looking out for video freezes, lags, short) ?ulling footage from remote Network Video Recorders (using Teamviewer or FFMPEG) ?roubleshooting and repairing systems remotely. ?trong communication skills, attention to detail, and follow-through ?orkday in Central Standard Time (8 AM to 5 PM, flexible)
