Remote Customer Inbound Agent

We are seeking motivated, self-driven Remote Customer Inbound Agent to join our team on a 1099 contractor basis. Key Responsibilities: ? Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. ? Conduct thorough needs assessments for clients to determine appropriate insurance products. ? Present and explain various insurance products, such as life, health, auto, and home insurance. ? Customize insurance plans to fit individual client needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. ? Manage client accounts, process policy changes, and handle customer inquiries. ? Remain informed on product updates and industry trends to advise clients effectively. ? Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions. ? Meet or exceed sales targets and company performance goals.

Requirements: ? Proven and solid experience in insurance sales or a related field. ? Active insurance license(s) in the state(s) you intend to operate. ? Knowledge of various insurance products (life, health, auto, and home). ? Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ? Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities. ? Proficiency with CRM software and virtual communication tools. ? High level of integrity, professionalism, and self-motivation.

Compensation:
