What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests via remote channels such as email, chat, and phone
• Assist clients with travel-related queries, including booking reservations, itinerary adjustments, and providing destination information
• Provide personalized recommendations and advice to clients to enhance their travel experiences and resolve any issues they may encounter
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client issues and requests
• Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment
