Remote chat agent

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Live Chat Agent to join our remote team. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, answering questions, and resolving issues through live chat. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities: ? Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat. ? Provide accurate information and solutions to customers' questions and concerns. ? Strong typing skills with accuracy and speed. ? Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
