Responsibilities
? Schedule appointments for patient consultations, procedures and visits with medical personnel
? Coordinate and confirm appointment times with patients and resolve any conflicts as they occur
? Maintain accurate and up-to-date appointment records
? Liaise and coordinate with healthcare professionals about schedules, patients, and any changes
? Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries regarding appointments
? Utilize phone systems to manage incoming and outgoing calls

Qualifications
? Proficiency in-office procedures and clerical tasks (required)
