Requirements

• Proven experience in academic coaching or tutoring


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and remotely


• Proficient in using online educational tools and platforms


• Reliable internet connection and computer equipment

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one academic coaching sessions to students


• Develop personalized study plans and goals for each student


• Track and monitor students?progress regularly


• Offer feedback and strategies for academic improvement


• Communicate regularly with students and parents via email or virtual meetings


• Maintain detailed records of sessions and progress reports


• Stay updated with the latest educational trends and tools
