The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of records management practices and be proficient in various document management systems. You will play a key role in maintaining the integrity and accessibility of public records while ensuring compliance with legal standards.

Responsibilities
? Review and process FOIL requests in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
? Manage and maintain public records using iManage, SharePoint, and other document management systems.
? Ensure proper archival processing of documents to facilitate easy retrieval.
? Implement information governance practices to uphold data integrity and security.
? Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for FOIL requests.
? Develop and maintain records management policies and procedures.
? Conduct regular audits of records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
? Provide training and support to staff on records management best practices.

Skills
? Proficiency in iManage, SharePoint, and other document management systems.
? Strong understanding of data management, records management, and compliance management principles.
? Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail.
? Knowledge of archival processing techniques and information governance frameworks.
? Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
