Responsibilities
• Support monthly closing activities by ensuring all financial data is accurately reflected.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with organizational standards.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable guidelines.
• Assist in processing accounts payable transactions and ensure timely payments.
• Create and record journal entries to reflect asset, liability, and equity transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to support financial reporting and compliance efforts.
• Help identify areas of improvement in accounting processes and suggest solutions.

Qualifications
• Proven experience of 3+ years in an accounting role focusing on month-end close procedures.
• Demonstrated experience with accounts payable (AP) and journal entries (JE).
• Familiarity with working in environments that require handling multiple currencies is a plus.
• Availability to work one of the specified shifts: 5am-2pm, 6am-3pm, or 7am-4pm.
• Strong commitment to the assigned role and the willingness to start in October.

Education Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Education Requirements Credential Category
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, specifically with month-end closing responsibilities.
• Experience navigating accounts payable and practicing journal entry posting.
• Familiarity with managing financial operations in a remote capacity.
