What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Maneuver within the Quality Assurance database and conduct appropriate assessments on what additional information or verification is needed
? Handle inbound/outbound calls to potential customers, verify and document required information to finalize applications for underwriting assessment
? Accurately document information and non-contact attempts within the Quality Assurance Database
? Properly explain the application process to potential customers
? Transfer calls to appropriate department as needed
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Ability to work Full-Time and/or Part-Time
? Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift
? Detail-oriented and ability to accurately document information
? Positive and helpful attitude with customers
? Strong communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? 0-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
? Knowledge of life and health insurance applications
