What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to schedule free healthcare evaluations
? Follow approved scripts and respond to member inquiries with professionalism
? Meet daily productivity goals, including outbound dials and appointment settings
? Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments as needed
? Monitor and report performance results using designated systems

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
? Minimum of 1 year call center experience or 2 years of general work experience required
? Previous experience in a high-volume outbound call center environment preferred
? Strong communication skills and ability to treat members with professional courtesy
? Proficiency in using multiple computer systems simultaneously while making calls

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience working in a metrics-driven environment with an auto-dialer
? Ability to handle rebuttals effectively while maintaining a friendly demeanor
? Familiarity with HIPAA and privacy guidelines in a healthcare setting
? Demonstrated ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule
