Walgreens Boots Alliance is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Washington, D.C. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. Responsibilities:
• Provide online customer support through various channels such as email, chat, and social media
• Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide feedback for process improvement
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer support platforms
• High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
