Requirements:

? 0-1 year of experience in customer service or a related field

? High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

? Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills

? Proficiency in computer software and technology

? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks

? Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace

Preferred Qualifications:

? Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $19.00 - $40.00/hour.
