We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Client Support Manager to join our team at Amazon.com in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role...
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee a team of online client support specialists to ensure exceptional customer service and support. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the online client support process and overall customer experience. 3. Work closely with other teams within the company to address client issues and provide timely resolutions. 4. Monitor and analyze client feedback and usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. 6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create online support materials and resources for clients. 7. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in online client support.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong project management skills with attention to detail. 4. Ability to effectively lead a team and drive results. 5. Experience working in a fast-paced, online environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online client support platforms. 7. Driven and hardworking personality traits.
