Description

We seek a detail-oriented, experienced Mortgage Post Closer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Non-QM mortgage process and will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of loan documentation. As a Mortgage Post Closer, you will review, audit, and finalize mortgage files to ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and validate loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Non-QM guidelines.
? Perform thorough audits of closed loans, ensuring all conditions have been met with Non-QM guidelines. Deliver complete closed loan packages as assigned.
? Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting and processing, to resolve discrepancies or issues in loan files.
? Prepare final closing documents and coordinate with title companies and lenders to ensure timely delivery.
? Maintain organized records of all closed loans and related documentation.
? Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes related to Non-QM products.
? Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including communication with clients and borrowers.

Requirements
? Minimum of 2 years of mortgage experience post-closing, focusing on Non-QM loans.
? Strong knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and compliance requirements.
? Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
? Proficient in mortgage software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
? Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Ability to adhere to production standards while thriving in high-pressure environments, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks without compromising quality
