Clinical Customer Service Representative

Duties and responsibilities: ? Answer incoming calls professionally, accurately, timely, and courteously. ? Determine the nature of calls and log information in the Communication Log. ? Access member information using proprietary systems to assist callers. ? Forward inquiries requiring further research to the appropriate department. ? Transfer calls to specialized queues for complex issues (e.g., claims, authorizations). ? Utilize available resources to provide timely responses. ? Manage time effectively to ensure calls are answered promptly, and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner. ? Meet or exceed minimum key job accountabilities for the Customer Service Representative role. ? Document all calls appropriately. ? Attend weekly staff meetings to discuss issues and promote teamwork. ? Respond to requests from internal and external customers as needed.

Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent required. ? Minimum of one year of customer service experience; inbound call center experience preferred. ? Basic computer skills. ? Strong verbal communication skills.

Compensation:
? Full-time regular employees: Pay $15/hour

Remote Work: Candidates selected for this position will receive remote training and must have a designated workspace at home with company-provided technology. A stable internet connection, with a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps, is required for video meetings.
