Responsibilities:

?evelop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.

?nderstand clients' needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.

?nsure long-term success of the business through strategic client management.

?ead client management team and coordinate activities to ensure client satisfaction.

?nalyze client data and use insights to drive successful client strategies.

?reate and manage client contracts and ensure all contractual obligations are met.

?rovide regular reports on client performance and progress.

?ct as a point of contact between clients and other departments.

?evelop and implement innovative strategies for client management.

?onitor competitor activities and implement strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

?onduct regular client meetings and provide feedback on performance.

?dentify areas of improvement and develop plans to address them.
