Job Description:

Penske Automotive Group is seeking a reliable and energetic Live Chat Assistant to join our team in San Jose, California. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Live Chat Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role and possess... excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers in real-time through online chat to provide information, answer questions, and resolve issues
• Assist customers with product inquiries, pricing, and availability
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:
• 4 years of experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Reliable and energetic personality traits
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in typing and using online chat platforms
• High school diploma or equivalent
