Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Previous customer service experience preferred. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 5. Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple systems simultaneously. 6. Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home. 8.
