A PCA is a personal care aide who goes to a clients home in their community to provide the services the client needs. job duties include: light housekeeping meal prep personal care hygiene assistance companionship Our PCA class is local to you and is taught by... our trained staff. Pay is Bi-weekly. Regarding pay, we are looking at a range of $11-$13 starting out. Pay is dependent on a few different factors including experience, certification, and shift availability and our hiring manager will give you an exact rate of pay when you come in for class and orientation.
