Job Description

As a Flight Attendant Crew Member at Delta Airlines, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers during flights. Responsibilities

– Conduct pre-flight safety checks and briefings.

– Provide excellent customer service, addressing passenger needs and concerns.

– Serve food and beverages while adhering to company policies.

– Respond to emergencies and follow safety protocols.

– Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the cabin.

– Collaborate with crew members to ensure a seamless travel experience.

Requirements

– Must be at least 21 years of age.

– High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

– Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

– Must be able to lift and stow luggage weighing up to 50 pounds.

– CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Educational Qualifications

– High school diploma or GED is required.

– Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Experience
