Responsibilities: ? Teach Middle-Class Families about Financial Literacy ? Conduct Financial Needs Analysis with members ? Educate Members on Benefits, Products, Options ? Assist Clients in Completing Applications and Benefit Programs ? Mentor, Teach upcoming Team Members Procedures ? Monitor and Track Results on Performance and Make Changes to Increase Productivity
