Responsibilities

? Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
? Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
? Identify and escalate issues to higher management when necessary.

Requirements
? High School Diploma or equivalent.
? Strong written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
? Basic technical skills and the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
? Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
? Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
