Specific Job Responsibilities: ? Perform comprehensive, loan-level desktop reviews of cases, based on predetermined Key Performance Indicators pertaining to the delivery of quality legal services ? Ensure all internal systems are updated with documentation ? Exercise a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism ? Safeguard compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements as applicable ? Handling steps in the client systems. ? Ordering Title reports and taxes based off client requirements ? In office staff will handle preparing packages to mail out

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
? Some collateral experience/knowledge of mortgage documents recommended
? Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
? Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication
? Superior organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and efficiency
? Must be flexible and willing to take on multiple tasks

Required Education and Training:
? Associate?s or Bachelor?s Degree preferred
? High school or equivalent required
? Basic principles of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control strongly preferred
