Key Responsibilities
? Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced dialysis environment
? Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
? Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
? Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
? Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice required
? Current CPR certification required
? IV certification required if required by state regulations
? High school diploma or equivalent required
? BONENT or CHT certification preferred or as required by state regulation
? Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
