Key Responsibilities

Input new information into our database systems

Create and maintain spreadsheets

Ensure data accuracy through comparative analysis

Update existing database records regularly

Generate reports and retrieve data as needed

Perform database backup and security procedures

Document and organize relevant files

Requirements

Previous experience as a data entry clerk (minimum 3 years)

Proficient typing skills

Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and databases

Strong proficiency in spreadsheet software (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)

Exceptional attention to detail
