What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Become Smartsheet Product Certified and handle customer cases over email, phone, and chat
• Aim to exceed performance goals in customer satisfaction, quality assurance, and attendance
• Partner with leaders to achieve team goals
• Become an expert in a specific product area and deliver 1:1 live training to customers
• Contribute to team projects and provide thoughtful feedback on processes and leadership

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Excellent phone manner and strong writing skills
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Technical support experience in a SaaS environment
• Legally eligible to work in the UK on an ongoing basis

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience in a role that requires problem-solving and providing outstanding customer support
• Background in training or coaching customers on software products
• Familiarity with project management or workflow automation tools
