What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
? 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a sports or event management setting
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
? Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
