Customer Service Representatives will handle inbound customer service calls for a leading healthcare payments company, to assist and answer questions around medical payment processing, statement inquiries and other customer support needs. Responsibilities: ? Provide inbound customer service for a leading healthcare payments company. ? Consistently provide a great customer experience. ? Ensuring that consumers are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries ? Collect... prompt and accurate customer feedback ? Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. ? Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. ? 1-2+ years of customer service experience; healthcare preferred ? Excellent communication skills ? Ability to respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality ? Intermediate to advanced computer skills ? Background check & drug screening required

Required Equipment
? A laptop or desktop PC (cannot be an Apple product, Surface or Chromebook) with Windows 10
? Ability Hardwire (plug-in) to your internet source with an ethernet cable
? USB headset (not wireless) with a noise-canceling microphone
? Webcam (external or embedded)
