Customer service representative:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Airbnb Customer Service Representative to join our team. As an Airbnb Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our guests and hosts, ensuring their experience is seamless and enjoyable. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to... detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a remote position that requires flexibility in working hours.

Responsibilities:

Responding to inquiries and resolving issues through various communication channels

Assisting guests with booking inquiries, cancellations, and refunds

Providing guidance and support to hosts on listing management and guest interactions

Handling escalations and ensuring customer satisfaction

Maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Proficiency in using Airbnb platforms and tools

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay is $5 an hour with the possibility of $2 an hour performance bonus. Pay may grow over time to exceed $10. Opportunity for advancement to management
