What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

? Occasionally meet in person for training and collaboration

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? 6+ months of customer service experience or military equivalent
? Residence within a 2 1/2 hour commute of Rapid City, SD
? Proficiency using a computer
? 18 years of age or older
? Willingness to undergo drug testing, background investigation, and fingerprinting
? Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? 0-2 years of experience as a customer service representative in a related healthcare field
