TASK:
? Responding to customer inquiries via chat
? Providing information about company services and products
? Assisting customers with placing orders and reservations
? Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
? Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers

REQUIREMENT
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Previous customer service experience preferred
? Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
? Familiarity with hospitality industry and customer needs
? Proficiency in using chat support tools and software
