What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Ensure patients are accurately registered for all service lines and perform eligibility verification
• Maintain effective communication with clinical partners to enhance patient access and service
• Provide timely coverage in assigned work areas to facilitate prompt patient service
• Conduct insurance verification and authorization, ensuring compliance with CMS standards
• Actively participate in department meetings and contribute to a positive team dynamic

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong time management skills and ability to maintain attendance and punctuality
• Experience in insurance verification or patient access preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with diverse teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• One year of direct patient access experience
• Prior experience in collections
• One year of customer service experience
• Associate's degree in a related field
