Cold Caller/Appointment Setter Needed for Real Estate Team

We are seeking an experienced cold caller and appointment setter to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cold calling and setting appointments within the real estate industry. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and scheduling appointments. Strong communication skills and a persuasive approach are essential. If you have a passion for real estate and a knack for sales, we want to hear from you!

Ideal Qualifications:

Fluent in Spanish and English

Past experience in real estate

Can handle objections

Can ask appropriate questions to identify prospects level of motivation

Looking to grow long term

Open to learning
