Clerk Typist/Virtual Assistant/Administrative Assistant Remote

Shavano Family Practice is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clerk Typist/Virtual Assistant/Administrative Assistant Remote. This full-time position is based in San Antonio, TX, but offers the flexibility to work remotely. The salary range for this role is $26 to $42 per hour.

As a Clerk Typist/Virtual Assistant/Administrative Assistant Remote, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our team. You will be responsible for typing correspondence, managing schedules, and assisting with various administrative tasks. ? *Responsibilities:**

• Typing and formatting correspondence, reports, and other documents

• Managing and organizing schedules and appointments

• Handling incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls

• Assisting with data entry and record-keeping tasks

• Providing general administrative support to the team as needed
? *Requirements:**

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven experience as a clerk typist, virtual assistant, or administrative assistant

• Proficiency in typing and word processing software

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to work independently and remotely
